Sarah presents holiday eating tips.Sarah Geha is a health coach who earned her certification from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.  As a former IT consultant for Fortune 500 companies, she understands the challenges of living a balanced life–and the amazing difference functional medicine can make. She loves connecting with people and supporting them on their health journey.  Sarah also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
