EVENT: Chiropractic: A Natural Edge for Scholars & Athletes

By August 28, 2017June 11th, 2023Brain Health, Chiropractic Care, Event Recording, Events

Join Adriane Hines, DC as she reveals how chiropractic medicine can be used to prevent injury, maintain brain health, and support overall wellness for your student and athlete.

When you were a kid, your parents probably told you, “Sit up straight!” or “Don’t sit so close to the TV!”  Now everything is very different.  Our myriad of electronic gadgets have kids slouching with screens in their faces all day long.

Our environment today has increased the importance of regular chiropractic care.  The spine is central to overall wellness and misalignments can cause pain, muscle imbalance and other lesser-known symptoms like migraines.  Read our full-length article, 4 Surprising Benefits of Chiropractic Care, to learn more.

⊕ This event about Students & Athletes is over, but you can listen to the recording. You may be prompted to download a Webex add-on or temporary app. ⊕ LISTEN NOW

Valuable Information You’ll Learn about Chiropractic and How it Can Give Students & Athletes an Edge:

  • How chiropractic holistically addresses immunity, brain health and focus.
  • How correct posture from adjustments can prevent repetitive injuries and decrease the chances of season-ending injuries.
  • How an old (but still relevant) screening tool can help prevent major back surgery.
  • The crazy reason why backpacks cause damage and what to do about it.

Meet Your Presenter:

chiropractic for students and athletesAdriane Hines, DC is a chiropractic physician specializing in family medicine and internal disorders.  A fascination for the human body led Adriane to graduate from the University of Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in biology.  She also worked as a Type 2 diabetes researcher in the UF College of Medicine’s Endocrinology department.  While research satisfied her inner “science geek”, chiropractic offered a way of promoting wellness from within, which complemented her own natural approach to life and health.  She graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL and is the owner of Wellspring Natural Medicine.
