Affectionately called “Wonder Woman” by her friends and patients, Dr. Klimis earned this nickname while joyfully balancing her roles as a full-time doctor, wife and mother of six kids. She enjoys watching siblings and families grow and develop over time and helping them navigate through all their stages.
Dr. Klimis loves sharing special moments with her patient families and being a source of support and encouragement for children. She is passionate about educating her patients about diet and exercise so that they know how to sustain a well-balanced lifestyle using a combination of conventional and integrative pediatrics.

Debi Wills, APRN
Honest, direct and reassuring, Debi draws on over 36 years of experience as a pediatric nurse to educate, support and treat her patients. She works collaboratively with families on specific health concerns, nutrition, supplements and illness prevention. Her career as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner has centered around integrative health modalities, including homeopathy.
Debi adores working with children and adolescents, a love she found in her early 20’s when she was hired as an aide to work with severely disabled children in a group home setting.

Sissy O’Reardon, DNP, APRN, CPNP
Compassionate, thoughtful, and deeply rooted in whole-child care, Kathleen “Sissy” O’Reardon brings a calming presence and integrative approach to every family she serves. As a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she blends traditional pediatric medicine with root-focused, holistic support to help children thrive physically, emotionally, and developmentally. She works collaboratively with families on individualized care plans that honor the nervous system, lifestyle, nutrition, emotional wellness, and the unique needs of each child.
Sissy’s path into holistic pediatrics is deeply personal. As a former patient of Dr. Cannizzaro, she experienced firsthand the power of whole-body, relationship-centered care. That experience later came full circle when she completed her Nurse Practitioner training under his mentorship, profoundly shaping her philosophy of practice and inspiring her commitment to integrative, root-focused healing. Today, she remains deeply dedicated to carrying forward Dr. Cannizzaro’s legacy of thoughtful, compassionate, and whole-person care.

Amanda Pagels-Damkjer, APRN
Kind, calm and thorough, Amanda takes time to listen to patients and enjoys helping them determine the root cause of their health concerns. From a young age, she knew healthcare was her calling, but a “God moment” while touring colleges her senior year in high school inspired her to pursue nursing.
Amanda obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan and completed a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Saint Louis University. Her career includes eight years of bedside nursing and eight years as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Melanie Confusione, RN
An accomplished “child whisperer,” Melanie always knew she would work with kids. She sees the fear behind a child’s behavior, works with it, and gains cooperation from the child as a result. Her gift allows the children in her care to assist in making the best choices for their own health.
Melanie completed her nursing degree at Florida Hospital College of Health Sciences and has worked as a registered nurse in the pediatric community for over 20 years.

Tillie is passionate about helping people make informed decisions through education. She believes sharing well-researched information can be powerful, especially when helping parents create a healthy lifestyle and environment for their families.

Wendy Bowdoin, LPN
Wendy’s love for babies and kids began at an early age. She grew up babysitting and was interested in health and nutrition, which led to her to nursing school and working with children.
Wendy serves in many roles at CIPC. Whether she is tending to patients in exam rooms, performing lab draws, answering phones or assisting with the Salt Room, Wendy loves meeting the needs of both parents and children.

Patient and personable with a passion for working with children, Kacey loves serving our patient families.
As a new patient coordinator, she is responsible for sharing information about CIPC, verifying insurance, registering patients and other tasks that make CIPC run smoothly.

Dr. Joseph Cannizzaro
Known for his genuine compassion, Dr. Cannizzaro dedicated himself to providing children and their families with healthier, happier and longer lives. This was his mission and why he assembled the team of integrative pediatric providers at Cannizzaro Integrative Pediatric Center.
As a classically-trained primary care physician who practiced functional medicine, Dr. Cannizzaro believed that integrative medicine can bring conventional and complementary healing modalities together, creating a highly personalized and high-touch healing environment.
