your picky eater and the food feud

Are you ready to end the family food feud?

How many times have you heard it:  “Oh, he’s a picky eater.”  How many times have you said it?  Do you know if your child’s picky eating is behavioral or sensory-based?  How would you know the difference?  This is a rare topic that every parent must be aware of—and share with friends!

⊕ This event about Picky Eating is over, but you can listen to the recording. You may be prompted to download a Webex add-on or temporary app. ⊕ LISTEN NOW

You will discover the causes of your food feud:

  • What sensory processing disorders are and why picky eating may be a symptom.
  • Why sensory processing disorders are often overlooked or misdiagnosed as other ailments.
  • How and where to get help if you suspect a sensory processing disorder in your child.

If your picky eater(s) make mealtime a real “mess,” join us for an enlightening evening!  Sharon R. Thetford, Psy.D and Sandra Wainman, OTR/L, will explain the reasons—both sensory and behavioral—for picky eating.  End the food frenzy and resolve mealtime frustration!
